BHAG/Damage Claims

Damage Claims

Per-site count of damage incident reports assigned to the MaintainX Incident Report Team, with the back-office review status (covered / employee negligence) and the dollars posted to the NetSuite Damages account in the same period.

A claim is “Pending” when the back-office team has not yet completed the review form on the work order. Damages dollars are pulled daily from NetSuite at 7:30 AM ET.

How to read this page

  • Incident Reports Filed counts MaintainX work orders assigned to the Incident Report Team with a due_date in the selected window (matches the MaintainX UI’s monthly queue view).
  • Covered? / Employee Negligence? Yes/No counts come from the formal “Incident Report - Client Form” back-office sub-form. WOs without that form attached (or whose sub-form is incomplete) count as Pending.
  • $ Damages is every dollar that hits NetSuite GL account 50209 “Total Damages,” including parts, body labor, paint labor, rentals, deductibles, and Ramp purchases. One wreck typically generates 10–20 line items in NetSuite, so this dollar figure will not match the count of Incident Reports 1-to-1.

Date range

Claim dates use MaintainX due_date (back-office target close date, matches MaintainX’s monthly queue view); damages use the NetSuite posting date. Both are interpreted in US Eastern time.
