Labor Efficiency

Overtime hours as a percentage of total worked hours, by location. Sourced from Paycom punch events. Lower is better.

Filters punches by punchdate (Eastern). Overtime is computed per FLSA week (Sun-Sat, 40h threshold) at the employee level, then rolled up by location.

By Location

Mirrors the Excel "Labor Efficiancy" sheet: Overtime Hours / Total Hours / OT %. Direct hour entries (PTO / Holiday / Vacation) are excluded from both numerator and denominator (FLSA convention). Variance shown as percentage-point difference.

One point per FLSA week (Sun-Sat). Each point is total overtime hours divided by total worked hours across all retail locations that week.
